TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E21 OF 2024
By Stephen Nguli Ndolo and Andrew Ndola Ndolo, both of P.O. Box 4672-00100, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elizabeth Kamene Ndolo, who died on 7th October, 2024.
CAUSE NO. E18 OF 2025
By Grace Kavisi Kyenze, of P.O. Box 150, Yoani in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Francis Kyenze Muvaa Maundu alias Francis Kyenze Maundu, who died on 17th February, 2021.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
