TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E127 OF 2025
By Imelda Muramba Juma, the deceased’s mother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Caroline Kiveti Juma, who died at Nairobi Hospital in Kenya, on 6th December, 2021.
CAUSE NO. E3 OF 2026
By Monicah Morara, the executor named in the deceased’s will, for a grant of letters of administration testate to the estate of Samuel M’Obuya Morara, who died at Matasia Nursing Home, on 15th October, 2025.
CAUSE NO. E21 OF 2026
By Anna Mumo Suyianka, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Losen Suyanga ole Philip Same, who died at Kerarapon, on 8th May, 2023.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
