TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E14 OF 2025
By Paul Omondi, of P.O. Box 969-40100, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Japheth Agola Osowe, who died at Milimani Maternity Hospital in Kenya, on 12th August, 2012.
CAUSE NO. E15 OF 2025
By Beatrice Susan Achieng Ogutu and Matilda Awuor Odour, both of P.O. Box 22733-00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Odour Opela, who died in Yangon, Myanmar, on 2nd September, 2025.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
