CAUSE NO. E36 OF 2025
By Samuel Choge, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Simon Sirtui Choge, late of Kelji, who died at Eldoret Hospital in Kenya, on 25th January, 2011.
CAUSE NO. E38 OF 2025
By Stephen Kipkosgei Bett and Joseph Kibiwot Kiplagat, both of P.O. Box 2654-30100, Eldoret in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiplagat Chesaina, late of Lengut, who died there on 13th November, 2020.

By Kipkios Tubei, of P.O. Box 47-30100, Eldoret in Kenya, through Messrs. Limo R. K. advocates, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Silvano Kipraisii Tubei, who died at Kapyemit, Keiyo South, on 26th September, 2012.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
