TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E108 OF 2025
By Anne Tele Tanui, Simion Letting, David Kipkosgei Tanui and Tecla Jerotich Sum, all of P.O. Box 135-30314, Lessos in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, sons and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipleting Sum Tanui, late of Sochoi, Koisagat, who died there on 24th June, 1999.
CAUSE NO. E10 OF 2026
By William Kirwa Songol, of P.O. Box 975-30100, Eldoret in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipsongol arap Kogo, who died at District Hospital Kapsabet in Kenya, on 18th November, 2004.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
