PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION
TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E365 OF 2024
By Joab Mangere Kamadi, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Ngaira Mware alias Joseph Ngaira Mwale, who died at Vigulu Sub-location, on 26th April, 2011.
CAUSE NO. E81 OF 2025
By Elphas Ondego Obimbo and Elkanah Obimbo, the deceased’s grandsons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of William Obimbo, who died at Ebutanyi Sub-location, on 6th July, 1998.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
