CAUSE NO. E24 OF 2025
By Laban Alumasa Lizanga, the deceased’s son for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jenipher Dayo Amboga who died at Munoywa Sub-location on 7th November, 2020.
CAUSE NO. E341 OF 2025
By Margaret Mideri Kagara, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Achala Mang’anye, who died at Mambai, on 29th May, 1988.
CAUSE NO. E23 OF 2026
By John Amiani Sagala, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samwel Sagala Miheso alias Samuel Sagala, who died at Kegondi Sub-location, on 24th September, 2022.
CAUSE NO. E43 OF 2026
By Zebion Imbala Afandi, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Bodus Afandi alias Bodas Afandi Kisanga, who died at Itegero, on 1st December, 1991.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
