TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E529 OF 2025
By Jane Basweti Okemwa, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ombasa Miregwa, who died at Bomakombi, on 21st June, 2025.
CAUSE NO. E10 OF 2026
By Teresa Moraa Nyamweya and Mary Kemunto Ratemo, both of P.O. Box 2, Ogembo in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and daughter, for a grant of letters of administration to the estate of Stanslaus Nyamweya Nyankieya, who died at Gucha D/H, on 24th April, 2006.
CAUSE NO. E14 OF 2026
By Mary Colleta Kebwaro, of P.O. Box 4220, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration to the estate of Thomas Kebwaro Moindi, who died on 16th December, 2022.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
