By Damaris Kemunto Maraganga, of P.O. Box 44-40211, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joel Makanga Maraganga, who died at Tophill Hospital in Kenya, on 12th March, 2022.
