TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E332 OF 2025
By Coleta Moraa Omari, of P.O. Box 866-40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Alexander Obaga Ombati, who died at Nyaguta Sublocation, on 29th May, 2009.
CAUSE NO. E434 OF 2025
By David Nyangau, of P.O. Box 590, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gesare Simba, who died at Iranda Location, on 26th April, 2004.
CAUSE NO. E460 OF 2025
By George Kerecha Oma, of P.O. Box 590, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Patrice Kerecha Kerima alias Patrice Kerencha Kerima, who died at District Hospital, Keumbu in Kenya, on 24th October, 2008.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
