TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E2 OF 2026
By Eliud Walekhwa Wasike and Titus Wekesa Chemasasi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Wasike, who died at Maeni, on 18th July, 1967.
CAUSE NO. E7 OF 2026
By Martin Muse Juma and Magdaline Nabalayo Juma, both of P.O. Box 55-50204, Kimilili in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Chuma Nyukuri, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 4th August, 1990.
CAUSE NO. E9 OF 2026
By Sylvester Simiyu Okwara Ngamia, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gabriel Ngamia Okhwala alias Gabriel Ngamia Okwala alias Okwara Ngamia, who died at Misikhu Mission Hospital in Kenya, on 5th May, 1982.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
