TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E4 OF 2026
By Richard Namuyeyi Sumbati, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mukhwana Wakoli, who died at Soysambu, on 4th May, 2009.
CAUSE NO. E12 OF 2026
By Suleiman Kadima Mulama, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kadima Murunga, who died at Khwiroro, on 19th October, 2024.
CAUSE NO. E18 OF 2026
By Martin Wanjala Obambo, Jeridah Naliaka Dickson and Florence Mutoro Ouma, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Obambo Nambilo alias Obamba Nambilo, who died at Kamusinga, on 6th August, 1994.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
