By Samson Ochieng Onduru, of P.O. Box 100, Pap Onditi in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Cromwell Joel Odera Onduru, who died at Tayiba Medical Centre, on 28th July, 2023.
CAUSE NO. E607 OF 2025
By Leonard Otieno Abobo, of P.O. Box 90, Miwani in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Dismas Abobo Kibenga alias Abobo Kibega, who died at Sidho East 1, on 6th August, 1995.
CAUSE NO. E6 OF 2026
By Thomas Omollo Were, of P.O. Box 16, Sondu in Kenya, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Aloo Ojola, who died at Siany, on 10th May, 1985.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
