TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E301 OF 2023
By Pamela Akoth Orua, of P.O. Box 113, Pap Onditi in Kenya, the deceased’s niece, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ogwetho Okeyo Kasera alias Ogwetho Kasera, who died at North Kabodho, on 29th November, 1993.
CAUSE NO. E354 OF 2024
By Monica Adhiambo Okungu, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elly Onyango Andawa, who died on 21st January, 2019.

By Ayub Ongere Arodi and Samuel Otieno Arodi, both of P.O. Box 3, Rabour in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Arodi Nyangacha, who died at Komburaa, on 5th April, 2002.

By Evans Owuor Obadeh and George Odhiambo Obade, the deceased’s stepgrandsons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mathews Ogutu Orayo, who died on 16th March, 1975.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
