IN THE SENIOR PRINCIPAL MAGISTRATE’S COURT AT ELDAMA RAVINE
PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION
TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E1 OF 2026
By Edward Muyengwo Kigen, of P.O. Box 487-20103, Eldama Ravine in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jacob Kigen Chebii alias Kigen Chebi, who died at Annex, on 3rd May, 1994.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
