By Charles Okomol Obasie, of P.O. Box 1-50244, Amagoro in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Obasie Paulinyan Ograkol, who died at Kodedema Sub-location, on 8th May, 2021.
CAUSE NO. E1 OF 2026
By Moses Simeon Onyapidi, of P.O. Box 1, Amagoro in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Simion Onyapidi Etyieng alias Simion Onyapidi, who died at Chamasiri Sub-location, on 18th November, 1973.
CAUSE NO. E2 OF 2026
By Gilbert Okachere, of P.O. Box 1, Amagoro in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Odikaa Asuwa alias Joseph Edika, who died at Akiriamasit Sub-location, on 4th January, 1984.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
