By William Munyakin Marigat Chepyegon, of P.O. Box 3073, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paul Marigat Chebiegon, who died at James Finlays Hospital, on 13th September, 2010.
CAUSE NO. E9 OF 2026
By Francis Changwony Kipngok, of P.O. Box 185-20105, Mogotio in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samson Komen, who died at Mukuyuni, on 13th May, 1998.
CAUSE NO. E10 OF 2026
By Reuben Labatt Chepsergon, of P.O. Box 16-20105, Mogotio in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Chepsergon Chebiegon alias Chepsergon arap Chebiegon, who died at Kiprota, on 12th July, 2022.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
