TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E67 OF 2025
By Anna Chepkorir Changtook, of P.O. Box 410, Sotik in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joshua Kibet Ruto alias Joshua A. Ruto, who died at Ngarerit Sub-location, on 23rd January, 2007.
CAUSE NO. E1 OF 2026
By Julius Kipkoech Rotich, of P.O. Box 596, Sotik in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kikwai arap Soo, who died at Kaplong Hospital in Kenya, on 4th July, 2016.

By Linner Chepkirui Koech, of P.O. Box 81, Sotik in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiplangat arap Kwori, who died at Cheplanget, on 12th August, 2022.

By William Maritim Barimen and Philip Cheruiyot Barimen, both of P.O. Box 227, Sotik, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Malosoi arap Tuei alias Malosoi Tue alias Maloso Tuei, who died at Kapkatet Hospital in Kenya, on 5th September, 1994.
CAUSE NO. E4 OF 2026
By William Maritim Barimen and Philip Cheruiyot Barimen, both of P.O. Box 227, Sotik, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Annah Chemutai Tuei, who died at Kaplong Hospital, on 27th May, 2017.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
