IN THE PRINCIPAL MAGISTRATE’S COURT AT OL KALOU
PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION
TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E92 OF 2025
By (1) Michael Ndung’u Mwangi and (2) Regina Njoki Murigo, both of P.O. Box 1841-20100, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Eliud Mwangi Kamau alias Mwangi Kamau, who died on 6th April, 2021.
CAUSE NO. E119 OF 2025
By (1) Joseph Mwangi Weru and (2) Simon Gatugi Weru, both of P.O. Box 3, Ol Kalou in Kenya, the deceased’s brothers, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jane Mweru Weru alias Jane Mweru Njenga, who died at Kenyatta University of Teaching, Research and Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 20th June, 2025.
CAUSE NO. E1 OF 2026
By (1) Nancy Njungei Waweru and (2) Mary Wairimu Gichuru, both of P.O. Box 97, Wanjohi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Gichuru Njoroge, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 10th July, 2023.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
