TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E6 OF 2026
By Jerusha Wanjiku Chege, of P.O. Box 197, Wanjohi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Dorcas Njoki Paul, who died at Kericho County Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 20th August, 2021.
CAUSE NO. E7 OF 2026
By Cyrus Maina Ndungu, of P.O. Box 80-20302, Ol Joro Orok in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ndungu Kamau Karonji, who died at Benedict XVI Hospital in Kenya, on 6th January, 2021.

By (1) Alice Wairimu Kimani and (2) Juniper Wanjiru Muitha, both of P.O. Box 329-20303, Ol Kalou in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter and granddaughter, respectively for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Serah Wanjiru Muitha, who died at Matindiri, on 12th January, 2013.

By Jane Wangari Muthinji, of P.O. Box 221-20303, Ol Kalou in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Muthinji Ndungu, who died at District Hospital, Ol Kalou in Kenya, on 7th September, 2011.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
