By Lawrence Murugari Kiugi, of P.O. Box 52, Karatina in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Githiru Kiugi, who died at Gitunduti, on 18th January, 1990.
CAUSE NO. E291 OF 2025
By Alice Wangari Muriithi, of P.O. Box 2058-10101, Karatina in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Muriithi Murage alias Muriithi s/o Murage, who died at Ngaini, on 24th June, 2025.
CAUSE NO. E293 OF 2025
By James Ngatia Kinyua, of P.O. Box 1420-10101, Karatina in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rakeli Wangu Kinyua, who died at Karatina Sub-County Hospital in Kenya, on 19th November, 2017.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
