TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E57 OF 2025
By (1) Miriam Nyambura Njihia and (2) Benson Njihia Kiarie, both of P.O. Box 14-10103, Mukurweini in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Njihia Gataiga alias Njihia s/o Gataiga, who died at Central Regional General Hospital in Kenya, on 13th August, 1963.
CAUSE NO. E124 OF 2025
By Joseph Mageria Ireri, of P.O. Box 32-10103, Mukurweini in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ireri Wairia alias Ireri s/o Wairia, who died at Nyeri Hospital in Kenya, on 2nd June, 1981.

By Grace Wangui Iregi, of P.O. Box 407-10103, Mukurweini in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Taracisio Iregi Gathanga alias Iregi s/o Gathanga, who died at Kiharo Sub-location, on 12th February, 2012.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
