By (1) John Anthony Ochieng Okello, (2) James Odhaimabo Okello and (3) Philip Jeremiah Oyoo Okello, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration testate to the estate of William Ogola Okello, who died on 1st May, 2025.
CAUSE NO. E40 OF 2025
By Tilottama Sharadkumar Somaia, of P.O. Box 1645–40100, Kisumu in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sharadkumar Karsandas Bhimji Somaia alias Sharadkumar Karsandas Somaia alias Somaia Sharadkumar Karsandas, who died on 13th September, 2025.
CAUSE NO. E49 OF 2025
By Stephen Onyango Oginga, of P.O. Box 310, Kitengela in Kenya, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Christine Akelo Onyango, who died at Kabar East, on 3rd November, 1990.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
