By Beatrice Wairimu Ngigi, the deceased’s executrix, for a grant of letters of administration testate to the estate of Peter Gitiya Ngigi, who died at St. Mary’s Mission Hospital in Kenya, on 7th December, 2025.
CAUSE NO. E18 OF 2026
By Joshua Mucheru Kihara, of P.O. Box 93, Naivasha in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kihara Karanja, who died at Karati, on 14th March, 2003.
CAUSE NO. E19 OF 2026
By Daniel Mwangi Gachigi, of P.O. Box 817, Naivasha in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gachigi Kige alias Gichigi Kige, who died at Lakeview Nursing Home, on 8th February, 2019.
CAUSE NO. E20 OF 2026
By Serah Kabura Muturi, of P.O. Box 674, Naivasha in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Muturi Kamicha, who died at Mirera, on 30th March, 2020.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
