CAUSE NO. E62 OF 2025
By (1) Charles Ndiritu Ngunjiri, (2) Dadson Maina Kahinga Ngunjiri and (3) Carol Esther Njeri Ngunjiri, all of P.O. Box 855, Nyeri in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rhoda Wanjiru Ngunjiri, who died on 16th July, 2022.
CAUSE NO. E67 OF 2025
By (1) Grace Wamaitha Mwangi and (2) Alice Wangeci Mwangi, both of P.O. Box 30131, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Dedan Mwangi Ngatia, who died on 19th March, 2024.
CAUSE NO. E68 OF 2025
By (1) Felix Kebuka Wachiura and (2) Jackline Grace Wangui Kebuka, both of P.O. Box 663–10100, Nyeri in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Miriam Wanjiru Kebuka alias Miriam Wanjiru Kibuka alias Kebuka Miriam Wanjiru alias Miriam Kibuka alias Mrs. Miriam Kebuka, who died on 1st April, 2021.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
