By (1) Jane Njeri Wainaina and (2) Benedette Thira Wainaina, for a grant of probate of written will to the estate of Veronica Wangari Wainaina, who died at Kenyatta University Teaching, Referral and Research Hospital in Kenya, on 28th August, 2022.

By (1) Jane Njeri Wainaina and (2) Benedette Thira Wainaina, for a grant of probate of written will to the estate of Fredrick Kioi Njoroge, who died at St. Francis Community Hospital in Kenya, on 30th April, 2023.

By (1) Agnes Wambui Gatoto, (2) George Chege Nicholas and (3) Francis Gachecha Wainaina, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nicholas Ruthiro Gatoto, who died at Kenyatta University Teaching, Referral and Research Hospital in Kenya, on 6th June, 2023.
CAUSE NO. E47 OF 2025 (FORMERLY CAUSE NO. E120 OF 2025)
By Samuel Muciri W’Njuguna, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Arthur Njuguna Muhenia, who died at Karen, on 8th January, 2019.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
