TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. 297 OF 2004
By (1) Francis Taita Birgen, (2) Richard Kipkorir Birgen and (3) William Kimutai Birgen, all of P.O. Box 290, Sigowet in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Borongenyarap Mosonik, who died at Kericho Nursing Home, on 23rd November, 1994.
CAUSE NO. E41 OF 2025
By (1) Grace Chemutai Mutai and (2) Juliana Cherotich Mutai, both of P.O. Box 744–20214, Litein in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kimutai arap Maina alias Kimutai A. Maina, who died at Kaptebengwet, Cheplangat, Kericho, on 30th June, 1991.

By (1) Moses Cheruiyot Rono and (2) Bornes Chepgeno Rono, both of P.O. Box 50257–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Emmy Chepkirui Rono, who died in Kampala, Uganda, on 23rd June, 2025.
CAUSE NO. E8 OF 2026
By (1) Joel K. Tobon, (2) Richard Kiprono Ngeno and (3) Esther Cherono Tobon, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiptobon Chepkulul, who died at Kusumek, on 19th October, 1981.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
