PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION
TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E2 OF 2026
By (1) Victoria Obaga Oresi, (2) Francisca Moraa Oresi, (3) Ambrose Omurwa Oresi and (4) Ernest Momanyi Oresi, all of P.O. Box 838–40200, Kisii in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Thomas Oresi Omwoyo, who died on 4th May, 2025.
CAUSE NO. E3 OF 2026
By (1) Hesekiabi Mose Maraga and (2) Tom Mangera Maraga, both of P.O. Box 3192–40200, Kisii in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Maraga Kiborori, who died at Masaba Hospital in Kenya, on 15th January, 1991.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
