PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION
TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E859 OF 2025
By (1) Manase Embenzi Ashiomo and (2) Benjamin Kasali Ashiomo, both of P.O. Box 732–50100, Kakamega in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jethro Ashiomo Muhanji alias Jethro Ishiomo Muhanji alias Ashiomo s/o Muhanji, who died at Shivagala, on 22nd June, 1990.
CAUSE NO. E986 OF 2025
By Retemta Nakhumicha Matias, of P.O. Box 211, Kakamega in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mathias Mbao Masinde alias Matias Mbao Masinde, who died on 8th February, 2018.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
