TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E56 OF 2025
By (1) Anna Muchiti Mulama and (2) Jentrix Khamati Adika, both of P.O. Box 383, Kakamega in Kenya, the deceased’s widows, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Muyera Adika, who died at Cedar Hospital in Kenya, on 21st August, 2024.
CAUSE NO. E314 OF 2025
By Samvel Liseche Magona, of P.O. Box 189, Shinyalu in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Makona Shiamala alias John Makona, who died at Shinyalu, on 17th August, 1975.
CAUSE NO. E348 OF 2025
By Sammy Odanga Buluku, of P.O. Box 37, Kipkaren River in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Lugongo Khamasi, who died at Koromaiti Sub-location, on 3rd October, 2010.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
