TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E9 OF 2024
By Zachariah Kipkurui Siele, of P.O. Box 28, Molo in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Francis Kipsiele Sitonik, who died on 8th February, 1997.
CAUSE NO. E90 OF 2025
By Richard Maingi Githenji, of P.O. Box 220, Molo in Kenya, the deceased’s father, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Eunice Wambui Njuguna, who died at Chandera, Kirangi Sub-location, on 28th July, 2021.
CAUSE NO. E91 OF 2025
By James Wainaina Kariuki, of P.O. Box 130, Molo in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Dorcas Waithira Kariuki, who died at Molo Sub-County Hospital in Kenya, on 3rd October, 2024.
CAUSE NO. E100 OF 2025
By (1) Ziporrah Mugure Muhuha and (2) Michael Njuguna Kamau, both of P.O. Box 59, Gilgil in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Kamau Njuguna, who died at Eburu Thomo, on 20th June, 2007.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
