TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E161 OF 2024
By Martha Nandechia Kirungu, of P.O. Box 348–30200, Kitale in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Zablon Andudi Kirungu, who died at Namunyiri, on 30th June, 2024.
CAUSE NO. E174 OF 2025
By Agnes Nekesa Wanyama, of P.O. Box 11–30200, Kitale in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Solomon Wanjala Wanyama alias Wanjala Wanyama, who died at District Hospital, Bungoma in Kenya, on 10th June, 2023.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
