TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E182 OF 2025
By Simon Nganga Mbugua, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Cecilia Nyiha Mbugua, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 25th September, 2015.
CAUSE NO. E6 OF 2026
By Teresia Wanja Murimi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Murimi Macharia, who died at Gituamba Sublocation, on 2nd January, 2024.
CAUSE NO. E33 OF 2026
By (1) Anne Mercy Wanjiku Nduing’u and (2) David Kinyua Mwangi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Isaac Mwangi Kibuga alias Isaac Kibuga, who died on 31st August, 2025.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
