By (1) Nancy Wanjiru Njuguna and (2) Kennedy Wainaina Njuguna, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Njuguna Wainaina, who died at Masinga, on 11th August, 2024.
CAUSE NO. E49 OF 2025
By (1) John Ng’ang’a Ngaruiya and (2) Mary Wanjiru Ngaruiya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charles Ngaruiya Nganga, who died at Gakoe Sub-location, on 11th June, 2024.
CAUSE NO. E196 OF 2025
By (1) Susan Wanjiku Wanjiru and (2) Daniel Kamau Nduingu, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Francis Nduingu Kanini, who died at Thika Level 5 Hospital in Kenya, on 26th April, 2021.
CAUSE NO. E1 OF 2026
By Charles Nzioki Gitiri, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gitiri Muchinga, who died at District Hospital, Thika in Kenya, on 13th October, 2012.
