CAUSE NO. E133 OF 2025
By Geoffrey Ndung’u Mbucha, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nyambura Kamau Mboca, who died at Kitale County Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 1st September, 2003.
CAUSE NO. E160 OF 2025
By (1) Timothy Natemba Khasabuli, (2) Bilha Wekesa Lawrence and (4) Justus Wangila Khasabuli, all of P.O. Box 155–30205, Kitale in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rosoah Nanjala Khasabuli, who died on 8th April, 2025.
CAUSE NO. E25 OF 2026
By Arthur Limo Yano, of P.O. Box 99–00241, Kitengela in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Kipchumba Yano, who died on 4th September, 2012.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
