CAUSE NO. E187 OF 2025
By Simon Mwathi Mathu, of P.O. Box 85, Lodwar in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mathu Mwathi Musheki, who died at Kitale County Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 15th March, 2023.
CAUSE NO. E198 OF 2025
By Edwin Kivolwe Imbuchi, of P.O. Box 632–30200, Kitale in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elizabeth Nabangasa Wekesa, who died on 17th April, 2024.
CAUSE NO. E203 OF 2025
By (1) Catherine Buyaki Bosire and (2) Samwel Kennedy Ong’era, both of P.O. Box 65–30600, Kesogon in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Mose Morekewa, who died at Cherangany Nursing Home, on 29th November, 2021.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
