TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E47 OF 2026
By Eunice Ngima Kiama, of P.O. Box 213, Nyeri in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Thiuri s/o Minu, who died in 1960.
CAUSE NO. E48 OF 2026
By Naomi Muthoni Ritho, of P.O. Box 427, Nyeri in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elizabeth Nyamaru Kariuki alias Elizabeth Nyamaru, who died at Gikingi Sublocation, on 13th February, 1988.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
