TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E55 OF 2024
By (1) Audrey Lukhola Weekesa and (2) Belinda Khaoya Lukhola, both of P.O. Box 2400-30200, Kitale in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Michael Wafula Kibebe, who died on 6th April, 2024.
CAUSE NO. E22 OF 2026
By Moses Wamalwa Wakape, of P.O. Box 11-30200, Kitale in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samson Wakape Fuchaka alias Samson Wakape, who died on 6th April, 1993.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
