TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E13 OF 2026
By Esther Kaniyiva Mula, of P.O. Box 165–90125, Kikima in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Mutinda Mutejia alias James Mutinda Muteyeva, who died at Kitulu, Kivandini, on 8th July, 2025.
CAUSE NO. E14 OF 2026
By Douglas Musyoka Mutunga, of P.O. Box 1–90125, Kikima in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Michael Mutunga Mweu, who died at District Hospital, Mbooni in Kenya, on 5th March, 2023.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
