TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E1 OF 2026
By Kyambi Mukiti Kiteme, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mukiti Kiteme Munuve, who died at Mwingi Hospital in Kenya, on 17th January, 2025.
CAUSE NO. E3 OF 2026
By Rosemary Muusi Moses, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Moses Nziru, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 2nd January, 2025.
CAUSE NO. E12 OF 2026
By Fredrick Ndisii Nzoka, of P.O. Box 255–90400, Mwingi in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nzoka Mulu, who died at St. Francis Community Hospital in Kenya, on 1st June, 2022.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
