TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E115 OF 2025
By Consolata Wanja Thuku, of P.O. Box 214, Othaya in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paul Murage Githae, who died at Kiriaini Mission Hospital in Kenya, on 9th March, 2023.
CAUSE NO. E131 OF 2025
By Beatrice Wanjugu Krieri, of P.O. Box 426–10106, Othaya in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Simon Krieri Kiama, who died at Consolata Hospital in Kenya, on 4th September, 2019.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
