TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E130 OF 2025
By Margret Wangui Kamau, of P.O. Box 773–10106, Othaya in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elijah Wambugu Muriu, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 3rd September, 2025.
CAUSE NO. E9 OF 2026
By Mary Wawitima Njogo, of P.O. Box 777, Othaya in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lucy Gathoni Njogo, who died at Mwai Kibaki Hospital in Kenya, on 22nd June, 2025.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
