TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E265 OF 2024
By Hellen Akoth Oraro, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Leonard Oraro Liech, who died on 31st August, 2009.
CAUSE NO. E4 OF 2026
By Oketch Hezel Akinyi, of P.O. Box 2577, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Christopher Okech, who died at Coptic Hospital in Kenya, on 29th November, 2010.
CAUSE NO. E5 OF 2026
By (1) Kelvin Otieno Osir and (2) Irene Akoth Osir, both of P.O. Box 307, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of George Osir Owango, who died at Makupa Nursing Home, on 18th October, 1996.
CAUSE NO. E6 OF 2026
By Wilfrida Jira Akello, of P.O. Box 307, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Augustusine Akelo Onindo alias Augustusine Akelo, who died at Chiga, on 28th August, 1997.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
