TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E213 OF 2025
By (1) Peter Awuor Opige and (2) Maurice Okello Opige, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jacob Opige Kowa alias Opige Kowa, who died on 21st May, 2000.
CAUSE NO. E229 OF 2025
By Michael Omondi Otieno, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Midigo Oucho, who died at Uyawi Sub-location, on 5th August, 2004.
CAUSE NO. E328 OF 2025
By Mary Akongo Odera, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mathius Odera Okoth, who died at Barkowino, on 1st November, 2020.
CAUSE NO. E21 OF 2026
By Fredrick Onyango Osura, of P.O. Box 236-40601, Bondo in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Osura Otudo, who died at District Hospital, Bondo in Kenya, on 21st June, 2014.
CAUSE NO. E23 OF 2026
By (1) Dorcas Aloo Lusi and (2) Emily Akelo Atamo, both of P.O. Box 236-40601, Bondo in Kenya, the deceased’s sisters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Ogola Agola alias Ogola Agola, who died at Barkowino, on 1st August, 2001.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
