TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E17 OF 2025
By (1) Emma Jerono Boen, (2) Yusila Jemutai Ngeny and (3) Elizabeth Jepkorir Boen, all of P.O. Box 894-30300, Kapsabet in Kenya, the deceased’s daughters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kimaiyo arap Boen, who died at Chepkoiyo, on 30th December, 1997.
CAUSE NO. E18 OF 2025
By Clara Jerotich, of P.O. Box 894-30300, Kapsabet in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nicholas Kipsaat Korir, who died on 11th August, 2014.
CAUSE NO. E19 OF 2025
By (1) Wilson Kipsugut Meli, (2) Edward Kipkolum and (3) Selly Jepchirchir Maiyo, all of P.O. Box 894-30300, Kapsabet in Kenya, the deceased’s sons and granddaughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kimeli arap Bett, who died at Chepkoiyo, on 9th August, 1995.
CAUSE NO. E12 OF 2026
By Sammy Kipchumba Tarus, of P.O. Box 3262-30100, Eldoret in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elisha Kiptarus Tanui, who died at Selia, on 25th February, 2025.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
