TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E84 OF 2025
By (1) Bader Saeed Mohamed Salem Allamki and (2) Jaber Saeed Mohamed Salem Allamki, both of P.O. Box 48824-00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nashwa Mohamed Salim, who died at United Arab Emirates, on 12th May, 2025.
CAUSE NO. E1 OF 2026
By Omar Abdinoor Shariff Ahmed, of P.O. Box 50314-00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Abdi Noor Shariff, who died at Alice Nursing Home, Mukuru, on 12th August, 2025.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
