TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E677 OF 2025
By Regina Chepkorir Koskei, of P.O. Box 3090- 20100, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipngetich Kenneth Sitenney alias Kenneth Kipngetich Sitenny, who died at St. Joseph’s Nursing Home, on 23rd December, 2016.
CAUSE NO. E118 OF 2026
By Grace Njoki Muchai, of P.O. Box 11, Naivasha in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Patrick Muchai Muiruri, who died at Munyu Sublocation, on 20th August, 2017.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
