TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E499 OF 2025
By Fidelis Amake, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Augustine Anthony Amake alias Augustine Amake, who died along Nakuru- Eldoret Road, on 14th June, 1988.
CAUSE NO. E31 OF 2026
By Prisca Akinyi Ongeso, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Okoyo Omwala Okech, who died at Sikarira, on 11th September, 2012.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
