TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E28 OF 2024
By Evalyane Nafula Omungala, of P.O. Box 118, Malava in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Simon Keya Chimengo alias Mbwaso Chimengo, who died at Shikutse, on 22nd April, 2012.
CAUSE NO. E17 OF 2026
By (1) Joel Namoso Wangila and (2) Daniel Mayeku Wanyonyi, both of P.O. Box 442, Matunda in Kenya, the deceased’s grandsons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mayeku Namoso Shibale, who died at Mwamba Sub- location, on 31st July, 2021.
CAUSE NO. E28 OF 2026
By (1) Simiyu Daniel Chengole and (2) James Khaemba Simiyu, both of P.O. Box 262, Kakamega in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Francis Simiyu Ngero, who died at Mayuke Sub- location, on 21st December, 2021.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
