TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E22 OF 2026
By (1) Christopher Mulongo Wanga and (2) Samuel Odouri Wanga, both of P.O. Box 367, Turbo in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Zadock Wanga Mbati, who died at Lunyito, Lugari, on 16th May, 1974.
CAUSE NO. E23 OF 2026
By Juliah Makokha Indeche, of P.O. Box 35, Malava in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Isaka Mukai, who died at Fuvuye Sub- location, on 27th December, 2023.
CAUSE NO. E25 OF 2026
By Wilson Muhuyi Atwete, of P.O. Box 262, Kakamega in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Atetwe Omunanga alias Atwetwe Munanga, who died at Lukume, on 26th June, 1982.
CAUSE NO. E34 OF 2026
By Jacob Muyaka Mbmasu, of P.O. Box 46, Malava in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mary Resian Muyaka, who died at Eldoret, on 2nd August, 2004.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
